Levels
Every level is handled the way that level works
Five levels, five ways of working, one school.
- KB Playgroup Progress written as a story, not a score.
- TK Kindergarten Report cards per area of development.
- SD Primary School Numeric report cards. Attendance once a day.
- SMP Junior High School Attendance every lesson period.
- SMA/SMK Senior High & Vocational Vocational concentrations and moving class.
The colours follow the school uniforms.

Timetable
Lesson hours are set per unit. A teacher booked twice is rejected on the spot.
Attendance
Once a day for KB–SD, every lesson period from SMP up. The totals go straight into report cards.
Grades & report cards
Narrative report cards for KB and TK, numeric ones from SD up. Approved by the principal, then printed as PDF.
Finance & school fees
Monthly fees, entrance fees, and activity costs are set by the school. Every waiver records who approved it.

The school is set up
The address, a unit per level, the academic year, and the first admin account are created together. The password is set with you.
Data
What we do with your school data
Foundations that need it can ask for storage of their own, separate from other schools.
Each school keeps its own data
Kept apart down to the storage itself, and tested automatically before every release.
Passwords cannot be read
Stored scrambled. We cannot read them either.
Files are not open to the public
Photos, attachments, and PDF report cards are shared only through time-limited links.
There is a record of who changed what
Access changes and anything involving money are logged with the person behind them.

What people ask most
Can we start with one unit first?
Yes. Other units can be added in the next academic year, with no data to move.
How much does it cost?
It follows the size and needs of each school, so we do not publish a price list. Contact us for a quote.
Do parents get accounts?
Yes. They can open their child's report cards, attendance, and bills themselves.
Do the report cards follow Kurikulum Merdeka?
Yes. KB and TK use written accounts of development; SD and up use formative and summative marks with weights the school sets.
How long until we can use it?
Units, the academic year, and the admin account are prepared together after verification. The rest depends on how tidy the data you bring in is.
